By placing an order on WickedWarnings.com, you accept and agree that you understand all Wicked Warnings equipment is sold and recommended for off-road use only and Wicked Warnings is in no way responsible for any legal issues caused by running equipment on public roadways. You agree that if you have questions regarding the legality of your purchase, you will consult your local legal authority.

I agree that once my order is processed, I cannot modify or cancel my order. I can return my order within the return period and there will be a restocking fee. I also understand that Wicked Warnings Custom and Pre-Made Kits (including Auto Flasher Kits) are made to order and are non-refundable. Special order items, bulk wire & custom cut wire are also non-refundable. Please reach out to us if you have any questions BEFORE placing your order.

We only ship to customers in the United States, Canada, and Minor Outlying U.S. Islands. If you are outside of our shipping zones, please email us before purchase.

Wicked Warnings does not offer any type of rush or expedited shipping. Your order will ship within 5 – 7 business days after order receipt. This is the only type of shipping that we offer due to limited staff.

Return Policy

Wicked Warnings Custom and Pre-Made Kits (including Auto Flasher Kits) are made to order and are non-refundable. All returns require an RMA number issued by Wicked Warnings. You must also email us the completed Return/Exchange form with tracking information prior to shipping us a return. If these steps are not completed, we will refuse the shipment and return it to the sender.

While our team at Wicked Warnings aims to provide as much information, photos and videos about our products as possible, we understand that sometimes an item may not suit your needs. We will provide a refund if we receive a returned unused item within 30 days from original receipt. Please note: there is a mandatory 10% restocking fee for returns.

To return an item, email us at info@wickedwarnings.com to request an RMA number. The RMA number is required for all returns. Then, fill out our Return/Exchange Form, follow the instructions and send it back with the item. You must email us the completed Return/Exchange form with the return tracking information prior to shipment.  If we do not receive and confirm your return tracking via email, we will refuse the shipment.  Any product that has been installed or used in any way will not be accepted for return. Return shipping AND any original shipping is non-refundable. All refunds are in the form of a company check and mailed to the address provided when the order was placed and written in the name of the billing party on the order.

Please note that any custom cut wire (including bulk wire) or special order items are not returnable for any reason. Any refused delivery by customer of purchases will be automatically charged a 20% restocking fee.

Defective / Warranty Product

In the event that you receive a defective product or experience a warranty issue, Wicked Warnings strives to make the process as hassle-free as possible. Please contact us at info@wickedwarnings.com and we will make sure that your defective product is handled within a timely manner. You will still need to fill out a RMA FORM and return the items in question for testing before any replacement product can be sent out. In some instances, we may need to direct you to the original manufacturer for a defective product issue. In any case, our team will be here to help guide you through the process. NO PRODUCTS will be sent out ahead of any returns for any reason. We understand that receiving a defect may be frustrating, but until the product is returned no replacement can be sent out. 

Order Cancellations

Please reach out to us at info@wickedwarnings.com with any questions BEFORE placing your order. Once an order is processed, we cannot modify or cancel the order.

Please note that certain items cannot be cancelled for any reason. All *Made-to-Order or *Special Order items cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. All light bars or vehicle specific items and other made-to-order items may not be cancelled. Once your order is placed, items are immediately forwarded to production at the manufacturer and we do not have the ability to cancel them.

Special Orders and Custom-Built Products

Due to the specific nature of these products, special orders and custom built products are not returnable.
Please take all precautions when ordering and don’t hesitate to contact Wicked Warnings with any questions that you may have prior to placing your order.

While we try to keep our prices competitive and costs down, please note that prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping and Handling

Orders are usually shipped within 5 – 7 business days but please allow for 5 – 10 business days for your order to be shipped. Custom orders and custom-built products may also take a bit longer to ship. If an item is needed immediately, please contact us before placing the order to find out if the item is available and in stock.

Many products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and shipping times may vary.

Most in-stock shipping orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail with tracking or UPS. Some orders will be sent directly from manufacturers warehouse to speed your delivery. After your order is placed, you will receive an email with your sales receipt and tracking information. Please keep in mind tracking can take up to 3 days to register with the online system once a label is created. Packages normally leave Wicked Warnings every Tuesday and Friday. We do our best to get you the items you need in as little time as possible.

We ship to alternate shipping address but we reserve the right to hold an order that has a questionable or unverified shipping address. Wicked Warnings reserves the right to request a signature upon delivery of any package. Should you have any questions regarding our Shipping Policy, please contact us before finalizing your order.

International Shipping

Orders that are shipping outside of the United States will receive an email with a quote for the shipping charge after Wicked Warnings receives your order. Those orders are subject to tariffs, customs duties and associated assessments. These fees may include Import Duties, Brokerage Fees, Value Added Taxes (VAT) and Customs Clearance Fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. The shipping/handling WickedWarnings.com charges do not include any of these fees. The customs fees and/or brokerage fees are usually charged by the company delivering the order directly to the final recipient.

What are the Wicked Auto Flasher Kits & how do they work?

The ONE and ONLY Wicked Warnings Auto Flasher Module! Beware of cheap copies, make sure your WAF is embossed with WICKED WARNINGS on it. The only module on the market with over 10 years of history and well over 100,000 pieces sold all around the world!

Wicked Warnings has been around since 2005 with stellar references and we have been using our WAF (Wicked Auto Flasher) module with zero reported vehicle failures since we designed it in 2006. There is no known risk to using any factory lighting as flashers that we are aware of. Of course, all your factory lights will always revert to factory function when the strobes are not being used. We have never had a warranty claim or dealer issue related to our Auto Flasher Module.

Many of our builds feature a combination of factory lighting as well as purpose-built emergency lights to create a more effective display, so we urge you to consider more than just factory strobe lighting on your build. We have many options available to supplement the factory lighting.

How does the Auto Flasher connect to my vehicle?

We have 3 connection methods used in our Wicked Auto Flasher kits. The way that we manipulate the factory lighting is through the wires. We DO NOT reprogram any of the computers, nor do we modify the BCM or OBD2 devices. Everything we do is easily reversible, and any number of individual kits can be combined onto a single switch if desired. There is no single kit to flash all factory lights, as we must retain circuit individuality AND redundancy in the system. This means unlike other systems, there is not 1 single flasher that can fail and leave you with nothing working. The following three methods are used to interface with the factory wires.

  • Plug and Play: Our newest kits use a plug and play adapter solution for vehicle interface you install typically between the factory plugs on the headlights, tail lights, and other lights like the cab clearance lights. The other end of our harness needs just switched power to activate your flashing (typically provided by OEM auxiliary switches or an aftermarket switch). Please understand not ALL kits can have a plug and play adaptor, we publish all the options we have. Click here to see a video example of a Plug and Play Kit.
  • Wire Swap NO CUT: This is our cut free solution and how most of the older generation kits were made. It really is just as easy as swapping a wire in a factory connector. Click here to watch a video showing the Wire Swap method. This method is also attractive to skilled installers who want to save money by avoiding plug and play adaptors. We will eventually be phasing this method out in favor of plug and play on all our kits.
  • Wire Cut: In certain situations, the only way to get the access to manipulate the light is to cut a wire. Rest assured in any of our wire cut kits, we provide the detailed instructions on exactly what wire you are cutting and where. We also provide the needed connectors to make the installation reversible by simply unplugging the kit and reconnecting the factory wire with the connectors.
